Groveland Police Host Annual Toy Drive

GROVELAND — Chief Jeffrey Gillen is pleased to announce that the Groveland Police Department is holding its annual Toy Drive.

Groveland Police are working with St. Patrick’s Church to collect toys for Groveland and Haverhill residents in need.

“We look forward to the annual toy drive as a way to spread some joy to local children and families in need,” Chief Gillen said. “In the past, we’ve had an incredible response from the community to support this initiative, and we hope to be able to help as many families as we can this year.”

Community members who would like to donate to the toy drive can do so now through Dec. 15. New, unopened and unwrapped gifts for children of all ages can be dropped off at the Groveland Police Department, 181 Main St.

Boxes are set up in the station for the Groveland Police Department’s Toy Drive and to benefit Toys for Tots, a foundation started by the U.S. Marine Corps that works to collect gifts for children in need during the holidays.
